To call Dr. Mallory Williams a trauma surgeon does a disservice to the many facets of his identity. He has trained at some of the premier institutions in the country, served multiple combat tours as a Colonel in the US Army, and continues to hold it down at home with his family. Everytime I speak with Dr. Williams, he drops some new pearl that nudges me to raise my personal bar for excellence.
